Holy crappers! Over a year since I added something to the site! Put up a whoopin'
10 new pics of yours truly, so go check them out! I really should also post some older ones too, because there have been many changes (mainly hair-wise) in the past year! Anyhoo, the first 4 pics are the newest - a couple with sunglasses, a couple without. Enjoy for now..hopefully once I finally get hooked up to the net at home updates will be much more frequent!

Alright, so there really isn't anything new on here material wise. However, about a month or two ago, my site was deleted because I hadn't logged into my account for too long. So, I *finally* updated something other than the journal on this site. In the
media section, there are two new poems I wrote in December at the airport in Budapest (when I was going to Bosnia). I don't know why I haven't posted them till now... I guess I do know why. One of these two words: procrastination or laziness. Probably the latter in this case. Anyway, I'm hoping to also add some pictures this weekend, so keep an eye out for that. I'll probably also post a new version of the profile soon too (I think my use of the word "soon" is the same as Hanson's use of it: "I'll get around to it eventually"). Anyway, it's about time I updated this thing. Off to class I go now.

Unless this is your first time visiting this web-site, you can clearly see that there's something new. In fact, EVERYTHING looks new. Content-wise, there isn't much new (I kind of changed the
Contact and
Links sections, but not much else). I still have a bit of work to do -- all the actual writing in the
Media section needs to be re-designed, and so do the
Journal and
Guestbook. I plan to get that done today (after I SLEEP some -- yes, it's nearly 7am, and I haven't slept all night), or tomorrow, since I have plans today for the first time in over a WEEK! Yay! Finally things are looking more interesting. So, by Monday, expect to have EVERYTHING up and running smoothly. =D

So, this morning, before I went to sleep (between 6 and 7 am), I wrote two poems: "Conversations with You" and "Queen of my Heart". They can be found in zee

2:32AM - PEEEEEK-A-CHOOORS!
That's right, ladies and gentlemen! I've actually UPDATED something! This time, I've completely changed around the
Photos section! The main change of course being all the new photos I've added. The ones up there are all the ones I had on my computer -- so until I get in a scanning mood, that's all there'll be (I think it's plenty for a while though).
Oh and a note about loading the pictures: if you do not leave a picture to load completely when you click on it, if you try to click on it another time, it will open a window asking you if you want to open/save the picture. If this happens, click cancel, and then speed-click the link to the picture a minimum of six times (like double-click, only at least six times instead of two). That should do it. To save yourself from all this -- if you click on a picture, simply let it load entirely.

Reserves" is what it's called. I didn't expect to write this one. Not now anyway. Small things change I suppose. I'm in the process of updating the journal right now; that's been updated more or less every day for the past couple of weeks. That's about it. I don't expect I'll be updating overly frequently until exams are over - but you never know. Bye for now.

So, here's what's new: I wrote a poem this evening (I'm starting to be a little more productive with writing again). It's called "
Clovers and You". Another thing- I have changed things around in the
media section so that the most recent poems are at the top (so now you don't have to scroll through everything to get to the new stuff). Pretty nifty. I'm in the process of adding another journal entry. Nothing too spectacular there. Enjoy!

The day that the poem "Declaration" was written I posted it in the media section but forgot to update here.
Also, I have added an ENTIRE new section of pictures! Just check out the "photos" section on the left to view them. Hopefully there will be more to come.
Expect more updates in the near future. A story told through poetry I did recently has to be put up, and I might scan more pictures, etc. Keep checking back!

Well well. Turns out that last update I forgot to add a couple poems I wrote for Writer's Craft on March 4th (a sonnet "The Girl Who Stole My Heart" and a blank verse poem "Three Words"). So, I've added those two. In addition to that, I added two more poems written last week for Writer's Craft (this clearly demonstrates that we are currently in our poetry unit, right?). The first one ("Sweet") was this Malayan Pantoum, which has this weird repetition thing going - the poem has 24 lines, but I only really have to come up with 16 - there's that much repetition, it gets weird. Then the other was simply one that we were to write based on the song Everybody's Free (to Wear Sunscreen) (we were to write our own little version of something like that). And the final update is a poem I wrote in Calculus today (well, then the bell rang, so I had to finish it in Guitar class). It's called "Face Me". Anyhoo, that's that. Happy reading. (oh yeah, all the poems are in the media section, but I'm sure you didn't need me reminding you).

Yay! Today, yours truly is finally 17 years of age. Another 2 years to go! LoL. But anyway, I have posted the DAYS that each poem was written (starting in the 3rd section), so that's new. Can you believe it? I'm already updating! Whee! LoL! So, I just wrote a poem in the last hour or two. I called it
An Ode to Me, because at one point the name of the Smashing Pumpkins' song "An Ode to No One" popped into my head. So, I thought, "An Ode to Me" was fitting. Originally, I wanted to call it "Silence". I didn't though (evidently). So there ya go! Another new poem! Knowing me, I'll write one more this month. Why do I say that? Because since school started this September, I have written 4 poems per month. Maybe this trend won't continue. Maybe I'll write more than one poem before February. Saturday, October 12, 2002 - UPDATES, UPDATES, MORE UPDATES!!!
A whole BUNCH of updates tonight! Wowerz! You won't believe this! First of all, I added a new poem, which I wrote on the bus to school the other day (again, LoL). This one was written on Oct. 8th and it's called Lost. What's so amazing about all this? NOTHING! BUT, I did add a whole WHACK of other stuff! I added all FIVE short stories that were "coming soon". So, they've finally arrived. Also, the long, still incomplete (and it will probably stay that way) story, Sweet Summer Days is up. So, 6 stories and a poem. Lots of stuff to read! :) Of course um, if you go through and read the stories, I think there's a little something that all of them have in common. I'm not gonna say anything except, can we say obsessed, lol. I was a dork (I still am, just for different reasons now :P ). Anyway, Ari's shutting up now and letting you go check out all this nifty stuff in the

Well, looks like I forgot a few things yesterday. Two poems I wrote a while ago. One on September 11th (The Shine of the Blade) and the other on the 18th (Bruised). Those two were written for my Writer's Craft class. The topic was kind of, sort of already picked for us. Not really, but just to a certain extent (eg. the blade). Also, after adding Thank You last night, I wrote yet another poem. It's called Different Like the Rest. You can access all of these poems in the
media section. Oh, and just a little thing I feel like acknowledging: Thank You was written in under 10 minutes and Different Like the Rest took maybe 15-20 minutes. Well, most of the poems I have (ever) written took around 20-30 minutes on average. If I'm taking any longer, then I feel like it's being "forced" so to speak, because it isn't just flowing out naturally. Anyway, less babbling, more sleeping. Enjoy the new stuff! That's 15 poems this year so far! :)

Finally! I got the spankin new design up. Now it's time to share this baby with the world lol. Personally, I liked the previous version better, but this one is actually 100% mine, unlike the first one which was like 1% or 2% mine lol.
Well, tell me what you think. Got a whole new section up too! The
Contact section! Amazing! LoL. But still need to update that Media section. Will that EVER happen? Only time will tell. That is all. I'm outta here. Needs my sleep for my interview I got at Wal-Mart tomorrow...or today technically. (It's now almost 3AM).

Wow! I'm shocked at myself! First I get the site up way before I imagined I would, and then I get two more sections updated in the same day! That is so unlike me!
So, yes, I put up the
Links and
Profile sections. Still don't have the Media section up and I doubt that will be goin up any time soon. Maybe in a bit. We'll see.
So what exactly will this Media section contain? I'm not sure. But I think it might contain all my little writing, and maybe some things i find so so special that are not my own work. We shall see.
